How do I track my order?
You can track your order through our app or website after shipment.

Howlong does it take for a customized tee to be delivered?

How do your oversized tees and hoodies fit? Do you have a size guide?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges. However, returns are accepted for KSA and UAE locations only.
How do I initiate a return?
You may initiate a return request within 10 days of delivery through the app or website.
Just go to Account → My Orders → Select the order and select the item you'd like to return.
Can I exchange for a different size if my item doesn’t fit?
We offer returns in the form of store credit. You can use this credit to place a new order in your preferred size.
Discounts & Promotions
Do you offer student or loyalty discounts?

How do I apply a discount code at checkout?
You can enter your discount code in the promo code field during checkout.
Can I stack multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be used per order. Please note that our discount codes are not valid during promotional periods.

How should I wash and care for my garments?
We recommend avoiding harsh bleaching. For acid wash items, use gentle wash care. All other items can be washed normally following care instructions.
